This product is not made as a general reflective tape for random surfaces. It is a sign-face reflective material for traffic signs and road signs, especially flat aluminum panels used by sign workshops and road safety contractors. The film can be laminated onto prepared aluminum sign boards, then cut into letters, arrows, borders, warning panels, or full sign backgrounds without leaving the surface loose, wrinkled, or uneven.

For road sign production, brightness alone is not enough. A finished sign should keep readable contrast under headlights, stay flat after cutting, and resist outdoor aging from sunlight, rain, roadside dust, and temperature changes. The material uses a controlled retroreflective layer with permanent adhesive backing, helping the sign surface remain stable during cutting, lamination, and outdoor installation.

For common aluminum road signs, we recommend applying the film at 18 C-35 C on a dry and clean panel. In our sample adhesion checks, film applied to degreased aluminum and pressed with a rubber roller showed no obvious edge lifting after 72 hours at room temperature.
